RFU-IO là một thiết bị I/O không dây RF sử dụng giao thức truyền thông Modbus. Nó có thể được trang bị mô-đun I/O dòng ICPDAS XV. Bộ điều khiển Modbus từ xa có thể sử dụng bộ chuyển đổi không dây để chuyển đổi các lệnh Modbus thành tín hiệu RF để điều khiển mô-đun I/O trên RFU-IO, từ đó triển khai giải pháp I/O không dây.
