The XV161-SL is an XV Series I/O expansion board featuring 6 channels of DC digital inputs and 1 relay output. It is designed for monitoring the status of stack lights used in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) equipment.
The sub-board can detect whether each color segment of a stack light is off, on, or flashing. In addition to monitoring individual color segments, it also supports defining and reporting multi-color combinations, along with the duration of previous status states, providing comprehensive insight into machine signaling behavior.
